Just an FYI about the colors for those purchasing this online...the red-looking trim/piping is actually a burnt orange color as are the circles with the airplanes in them (although they are slightly more orange-red). It's a very nice looking boy pattern and I don't mind the orange color at all, but it was a bit of a surprise since it looks red in the picture. Even with that I am very happy with this seat and have yet to be disappointed with Graco's quality.
*SIX-MONTH UPDATE*: I believe the photo for this product has been updated so the trim/piping color is more accurately represented--especially along the seat portion you can see the burnt orange coloring.
As for use, it's been in service now for six months and it is a fantastic seat. The belt just threads through the top, across the child's body and into the buckle. Moving the seat from one vehicle to another couldn't be easier. Also, the head rest is angled nicely making naps in the car more comfortable for my son. The cup holder is a nice addition but it isn't deep--so while it works fine for sippy cups, I'm more careful with things that could spill like a to-go cup from McDonald's. Lastly, I don't think it's mentioned in the description that this seat does convert to just the bottom booster seat once the child is big enough.
If I had known how great and easy-to-use this seat was going to be, I would have started using it as soon as my son was the right size for it!

Really nice pattern for a boy... My son loved the car seat and so did I!!! I would recommend this car seat to all parents...
